The PHS Strojárne (Inc.) Company was established in year 1950. More than 60 years is producing and supplying narrow-gauge locomotives and special equipment for use in mines and for construction of tunnels, for customers in Europe and Asia. Our portfolio was gradually expanded and today we offer in addition to diesel locomotives also electric trolley locomotives and battery-powered locomotives. Our locomotives are designed in such way that they can operate reliably in the most demanding conditions, not excluding explosion hazardous areas. Every new project is a challenge for us and therefore we provide our customers with individual technical solutions, according to their individual requirements. Modularity of our locomotives allows their fast delivery, in addition we provide also service, repairs and training for service personnel.
Another part of our production is the fabrication of welded and machined structures up to 20 tons. In position of subcontractor we supply mostly machine frames, steering rods, shovels and other components for assembly lines of construction machinery manufacturers, airport and mining equipment industries in Europe. Our customers are being offered with material cutting, welding, mechanical machining and final surface treatment according to their requirements.
